Municipal Court

The City of Weldon Spring Municipal Court is a Municipal Division of the 11th Judicial Circuit Court of the State of Missouri.
This court hears all cases involving traffic and other violations of the Weldon Spring Municipal Code and ensures that the day-to-day operations of the judicial branch of city government are carried out in a professional and efficient manner. The Municipal Court also provides responsible management of court records, collection of fines and bond forfeiture revenues and filing of state reports.
The Municipal Judge serves on a part-time basis and is appointed for a two year term by the Mayor with the consent of the Board of Aldermen.
Proper Attire For Court Those appearing for matters before the court must have proper attire or you will NOT be permitted into the courtroom.
The following shall NOT be considered proper attire:
- Shorts
- Tank Tops
- Cut Off Shirt Sleeves
- Shirts with Vulgarity
- Flip Flops
All hats must be removed in the court room All mobile phones / pagers must be turned off
