Parks & Recreation:

Two sided application form must be completed & signed on reverse side. When requesting reservations, City Residents will need to have a copy of their current driver's license and a recent utility bill to accompany application.

Planning & Zoning Applications:

For new construction of any kind, including room additions and out buildings, retaining walls, etc. you must submit all three forms (Land Use Permit; Checklist; and ARC Color forms) along with appropriate fee and five copies of your plans.

For decks and  pools, you need only submit the Land Use Permit and Checklist along with your fee and five sets of plans to City Hall.

For signage, you must submit the land use permit, the checklist, five sets of plans and payment of $2.00 per square foot of signage.

Business License Application

This four page application form must be completed & signed and submitted with a $25 application fee. Copies of supporting documents noted on form must accompany application and $25.00 fee.
