Due to a fire in our City Maintenance Building and the significant damage sustained to the structure on 4/6/2010, the bid opening for the City of Weldon Spring Amphitheater Project scheduled for April 9, 2010 has been canceled, due to this material change in the site conditions.

The City of Weldon Spring is seeking proposals for the site preparation and construction including electrical, grading, concrete/asphalt and carpentry of a prefabricated amphitheater for the City Park located at 5401 Independence Rd. Notice is hereby given that the City of Weldon Spring will receive sealed proposals at City Hall,5401 Independence Road, Weldon Spring, Missouri until 10:00 a.m. local time on February 19th, 2010 at which time all bids for the Young Drive Reconstruction and Extension, will be publicly opened and read.

The proposed work includes the furnishing of materials, tools, equipment and labor necessary to construct approximately 4,164 linear feet of concrete roadway, curbs and gutters, sidewalks, guard rails, storm sewers, sanitary sewer, modification of a traffic signal and other pertinent improvements.
