                                                                 The New Perspective of Weldon Spring
 
The New Perspective of Weldon Spring has been submitted to the City of Weldon Spring for Conceptual/Sketch Plan review as a Nursing and Residential Care Facility.  The proposed facility to be located at 400 Siedentop Road would contain 131 rooms within a three-story building as submitted.
 
The Conceptual/Sketch Plan review meeting is an informal meeting for which the applicant can present their conceptual ideas for the site.  The 6.98 acre site will be walked to identify site constraints and opportunities.  A conceptual design can then be prepared for the site.
 
The City of Weldon Spring will then determine if the project is ready to proceed to the next step – Conditional Use Permit and Area Plan applications.
