Independence Day Celebration
Posted on Wednesday June 08, 2016
It's almost that time! Weldon Spring's Independence Day Celebration will be here sooner than you know it!

The City of Weldon Spring’s Annual Independence Day Celebration will be on Monday, July 4th.  The event is from 5:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Many of the same events and activities are planned for this year’s Celebration!  Once again, you can look forward to inflatables/bounce houses for the kids, balloon sculptures, face painting and a fantastic magic show.  You can also look forward to the live music played by our local Social Distraction Band.  And, of course, the kids all love Cindy’s Petting Zoo. Admission is FREE as are the events and entertainment all brought to you courtesy of the City of Weldon Spring.

The 4th of July food vendors will be on hand selling delicious festival cuisines.  There will be a few new food vendors as well as some returning favorites such as Los 3 Compadres.  Be sure to bring a blanket and/or lawn chairs so you can stake out the perfect spot to view the breathtaking fireworks display, which promises to be even bigger and brighter than last year’s!

We are always looking for volunteers or helpers for this event; so if you have any questions, or want more details, feel free to contact:
