Santa is Coming to Town!
Posted on Friday December 09, 2016
Santa will be stopping in for all the little boys and girls to share with him their Holiday wish list. He will be arriving to Weldon Spring on Sunday, December 11th at 2:00 pm and will be off by 4:00 pm. Don't forget to bring an item for the Food Drive or the Animal Shelter! We will once again host our special guess in the Park Building next to City Hall.

Pat Oldcroft has once again successfully booked Santa to make a stop in Weldon Spring so all the youngsters can let him know exactly what is on their wish list! Santa’s Visit will be Sunday, December 11th from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.  It is sure to be a great time for the whole family, and the best part is you won’t have to fight all of those long lines to see Santa!  The event will be held in the Parks Building but don’t be fooled if it looks more like Santa’s Workshop and a Winter Wonderland!

There will be a complimentary free photo with Santa but you are also welcome to bring your own cameras (or smart phones) and take advantage of other family photo ops. We will have face painting and a balloon artist to help keep the kids entertained. And of course there will be plenty of goodies for children and adults alike to enjoy.

All we ask is that you bring a non-perishable item to share with someone less fortunate this holiday season. We are also accepting items for our four-legged furry friends at the Five-Acre Animal Shelter. Please remember to bring item(s) to donate and help us secure once again the coveted Cornucopia Trophy as we compete in the 2016 Tri-City Food Drive.
